The defendant shall pay 40,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 14, 2021 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. In a lawsuit claiming usage fees of 12964, the plaintiff filed against the defendant as the indication of the claim, which received a decision in lieu of conciliation that "the defendant shall pay 40 million won to the plaintiff" from the court, and the above decision becomes final and conclusive. The plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the interruption of extinction prescription.
