A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle Bi 30.
On July 18:35, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license, and led to a sudden speed from D previous sidewalks in Ssung to drive it to the neighboring vehicular road.
At the time, there is a sidewalk, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to drive a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with a duty of care not to shock the pedestrians who passed the sidewalk while driving the motor vehicle on the roadway.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded with the victim E ( South, 41 years old) and the victim F ( South, 42 years old) on the sidewalk due to the negligence of the Defendant’s failure to stop the crosswalk, which led to the lower part of the Defendant’s driver’s car.
After all, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E by occupational negligence during approximately five weeks of medical treatment, and the victim F suffered injury to the base base and tension in a tension which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
Of the facts charged, the Defendant suffered, by its occupational negligence, the injury of the victim E, such as knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee.
“However, to the extent that it does not create the Defendant’s right of defense, it shall be revised as above in accordance with each written diagnosis (the 28th page, 30 pages of evidence record).
2. On July 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) driven the said Bi30 car without a driver’s license from the front of H Company located in the G at Ansan-si around July 18, 2020 to the front of the D located in Ansan-si C; and (b) drive the said Bi30 car without a driver’s license.
