Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a car of the B Belgium.
On May 22, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 10km section from the front day of the head office in which the trade name in the Gwangju Mine is unknown, while under the influence of alcohol of 00:10% among the blood transfusions, from the front day of the head office in which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the Gwangju Mine-ro, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at the 10km section for the Yongsan-dong Highway at the front day of the Yongsan-dong Highway in Gwangjubuk-gu.
