1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,321,077 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 15, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (self-convening judgment, the defendant only submitted an original copy of the payment order, and did not appear on the date of pleading).
