1. Basic facts
A. On August 31, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a factory lease agreement (hereinafter referred to as “instant lease agreement”) with each of the following terms, with regard to real estate listed in the attached Table 1 (hereinafter referred to as “instant leased building”) located in Gwangju Metropolitan City, North-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “instant leased building”) as the lease deposit amount of KRW 17,000,000, and the lease term of KRW 3,600,000 from September 5, 2015 to September 4, 2017 (excluding value-added tax).

(Calculation Method omitted) If a lessee fails to pay a rent or management fee under Articles 2 and 7, the lessor shall claim the interest of 5% per month to be added to the monthly rent following the month in which the date is settled, the lessor shall pay the sum of 7 million won or more in arrears, and if the lessee violates Articles 5 and 6, the lessor shall immediately terminate this contract even without paying the highest price.
At this time, the imposition of arrears shall be based on the date of payment.
