1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on February 14, 2019 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

Since the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals (hereinafter “Litigation Promotion”) were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate under the Litigation Promotion Act was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, it is recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, and the exceeding part of the claim is dismissed.
