1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 24, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including paper numbers), the plaintiff can recognize the fact that the plaintiff supplied the defendant with 285,479,590 won in total from November 2017 to July 2018.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 23,00,000 won remaining after deducting the amount of 262,479,590 won from the price of the above goods, and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 24, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case sought by the plaintiff after the due date.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
