The Defendant is a person who led the business of the “CPC bank” in Kimpo-si, and D is a person who registered as the owner of the above PC bank and operated the business together with the Defendant, and E and F is an employee of the above PC bank.

In 208, the Defendant purchased 40 computers in order to provide customers with the aforementioned PCs by finding the illegally modified game products on around 2008, and then purchased 40 computers with D to operate the said PC together with D, and employed E and F as employees.

1. No one who provides game products in violation of the rating classification shall provide such game products for the distribution or use, or display or keep the contents different from the rating obtained;

Nevertheless, the Defendant and D, within the aforementioned “CPC” from July 1, 2008 to April 3, 2009, included the content of the “glarblue” game, a free Internet game, differently from the content of the said “CPC” game, and included the example function capable of obtaining certain points when appearing in water, tamping, tamping, fishing, and strings, etc., and changed the contents different from the content of the classification of the species and marks, and made it available to many unspecified customers who find the said PC by installing 40 computers at the same location.

As a result, the defendant conspired with D and provided game products with contents different from the grade.

2. A game products related business entity shall not allow others to gamble or perform other speculative acts by using game products, or leave them to do so;

Nevertheless, as in the above paragraph 1, the defendant and D provided 5,00 won or KRW 10,000 or KRW 300,000 or KRW 500,000 or KRW 500,000 to customers in the case of pathical work, regardless of the user's ability, pathical operation, etc., and in the case of path, 5,000 or KRW 500,000 or KRW 500,00 to customers.
