On May 21, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license around 17:00 on May 21, 2015, driven Bschton vehicles from the front side of the Gangseo-gu Office in Seoul, Gangnam-gu to the front side of the 170-lane 2, Dobong-gu Dobong-ro, Dobong-gu.
