1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 29,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from April 5, 2014 to March 18, 2016; and (b) March 19, 2016.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, to partially dismiss the claim portion for delay damages.
