1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be individually counted.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance as to this case is the same as the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 4
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate. Thus, all appeals against the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and appeals against the defendant's counterclaim are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
