Punishment of the crime
On May 24, 2019, at around 22:58, the Defendant driven a C Lastren car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.130% at the 2km section from the 2km section in front of the Pyeongtaek-dong, which is located in the Sinyang-dong during the Gyeonggi-do, to the front road of the same Gu B.
