1. Defendant A
A. Gambling the Defendant, together with E, F, G, H, and I, from April 1, 201 to April 3, 2017, from K’s house and L’s office located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, up to April 3, 2017, received four copies of the card using 52 card, and then received three times a new card, and then received money up to half of the printing amount every time, in accordance with the number and shape of card No. 4, in which the Defendant received money up to half of the printing amount, the Defendant determined the printing amount by setting up the printing amount for three days, in accordance with the number and shape of card No. 200,000 won per time, to KRW 20,000 or KRW 300,00.
B. On March 28, 2016, the Defendant opened gambling, in the Defendant’s office located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, intended M, N, B, and C to gamble, and received KRW 10,00 per hour from the participants in gambling in return for the provision of gambling places, drinking water, tobacco, etc., and opened the gambling house in five times from 3 to 7-7 of the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.

On April 5, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant heard the awareness that the Defendant, the Defendant, is protruding with the Victim E (56) in the front of “O” located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and discovered the victim who had her desire to go to G while the fighting has already been completed, and assaulted the victim by walking her her her her her her her her son on two occasions.
2. On April 8, 2016, Defendant B, along with E, N, M, and P, ambling four times habitually, as shown in the [Attachment] List Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 6 of the daily list of crimes committed by the Defendant, including that, for about eight hours, Baduk was gambling in the open area of Eunpyeong-dong, Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
3. On March 11, 2016, Defendant C, along with M, N, B, P, and D, did gambling over two occasions at the A’s office, including that a Baduk for about eight hours during gambling, as well as that at Nos. 4 and 5 of the List of Crimes in the attached Table.
4. On October 25, 2016, Defendant D, along with four male men, for approximately eight hours at the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Non-dong Non-dong Non-dong Office.
