The Defendant, as an employee of a comprehensive prior construction company (hereinafter “comprehensive construction”), concluded a contract for construction works, such as extension of the building (hereinafter “brob Korea”) on the 5-2 and the 8th floor above the 2nd ground of the Maddivers Korea Co., Ltd. on August 13, 2010 with Madddives Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Maddddives Korea”), and subsequently, performed the construction, including extension until July 201, from that time, until July 201, the Defendant claimed a lien for the said building on the ground that he did not receive KRW 1.24 billion out of the construction cost of KRW 4 billion and did not receive KRW 1.2 billion.

The Defendant: (a) around July 7, 2014, when the victim global green climate center operated the instant 6th floor of the instant building from Madbb Korea; (b) thought that the instant 6th floor of the instant building could interfere with the claim of lien for integrated construction; and (c) decided to leave the damaged company by interfering with the operation of the affected company’s office by blocking electricity.

On October 27, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business of October 25, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the victimized company’s office by force, by setting the electric room of the sixth floor of the building in which the damaged company’s office is located in the second floor electricity room of the instant building, around October 25, 2014, in which the damaged company’s office is located, and thereby preventing the victimized company from 09:00 on October 27, 2014, which is its business day, from 09:00 to 10:23 on the same day.

On November 3, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business of November 3, 2014, from around 09:00 to around 14:00 on the same day, obstructed the operation of the damaged company’s office by force by blocking the electricity of the victimized company’s offices and six-story elevators from the electrical room of the second underground floor of the instant building in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph at the time of the instant building from around 09:00 to around 14:00 on the same day, and by storing office fixtures at the entrance of the victimized company’s office so that it
