1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 82,40,000 as well as 15% per annum on May 31, 2019, and shall be paid in full from the following day.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (the judgment by service by public notice) shall apply to the creditor, "the creditor", "the debtor", "the defendant".
3. That damages for delay exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) are not recognized (see Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the above Regulations).
