However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

① On May 31, 2010, the Defendant subscribed to D E insurance of KRW 27,000 monthly insurance premium of KRW 123,860, F G insurance of KRW 123,860, monthly insurance premium of KRW 16,868, CH insurance of KRW 30,660 (104), ② International J insurance of KRW 30,660, monthly insurance premium of KRW 29,000 (104), ③ FM insurance premium of KRW 36,60 on September 17, 2010, ④ Insurance premium of KRW 28,580 on September 20, 201, and was discharged from the hospital for large amount of insurance premium of KRW 30,00 on April 4, 2010 to receive large amount of insurance premium.

The Defendant, in order to attract patients, issued a medical certificate by adjusting the name of the patient and the duration of hospitalization as desired by the patient, for the purpose of attracting patients, to receive insurance money through unnecessary long-term hospitalization, surgery, etc. at the RR hospital with nationwide written questions.

Accordingly, on August 30, 201, the Defendant was found at the R Hospital located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, complaining for the pain on the right part of the instant trees to the head, hospitalized on the same day, received a surgery, such as pelcheon mar surgery, and took clothes by prescribing 36 days until October 4, 201, and received a physical therapy intermittently, but it was difficult for the Defendant to frequently attend the hospital due to the lack of long-term hospitalization as seen above.

However, on October 6, 2011, the Defendant submitted relevant documents as if he/she was inevitably hospitalized in the victim D, applied for insurance money, such as daily allowances for hospitalization, and received KRW 1,080,000 on the same day from the injured party, as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List (A), from around that time to February 2, 2013, the Defendant is the name of insurance money from the victim insurance companies by means of undergoing unnecessary surgery in the R hospital or being hospitalized for a long time as long as it is unnecessary.
