Punishment of the crime
On April 14, 2015, the Defendant was sent a signal to stop from the traffic of the Busan Police Station and the police officer D, to which he/she had engaged in traffic control and control, on the ground that he/she violated the signal while driving the CUP car volume around 17:30 on April 14, 2015 and driving the CUP car and driving it on the roads adjacent to the SUP-dong, Busan Metropolitan City.

Nevertheless, in order to disregard the stop order of the police officer and escape, the defendant again, even though the above police officer took the front side of the left side of the above vehicle, the steering gear of the above vehicle was changed to the left side by changing the steering gear of the above vehicle into the left side, and the part of the bridge of the above police officer as the front part of the left side of the above vehicle was shocked by the front part of the above vehicle, and the part of the motor vehicle's bridge as the front part of the left side
As a result, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by police officers in charge of traffic control and control by violence, did not follow the instructions of national police officers in charge of traffic control, and driven by the method of causing danger and obstacle to others.
