Reasons

According to the evidence No. 1 and No. 4, the Plaintiff is recognized to have taken over the claim from the Goyang-si District Court 2015 Ghana 56016 case in which the said bank held against the Defendant on December 12, 2017, since it is recognized that the Plaintiff acquired the claim from the Goyang-si District Court 2015 Ghana 56016 case. It is so decided as per Disposition.
