1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 327,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 15, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. A loan and a claim for payment of damages for delay on the ground that the Plaintiff made a loan of KRW 327,000,000 to the Defendant on September 6, 2006 as the due date set on October 30, 2006 (the delivery date of a copy of the application for payment order)
