The judgment below

Even if examining the reasoning in light of records and evidence, the lower court’s judgment that found all of the facts charged of this case guilty cannot be deemed to have erred by misapprehending the logical and empirical rules or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by failing to exhaust any duty of explanation, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the criminal intent to obtain fraud or causation in fraud.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
