A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
80,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
On April 2, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on April 2, 201. On April 5, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Suwon District Court on April 5, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 6, 201, and the said suspended sentence becomes void, and the execution of each of the above suspended sentence on October 31, 201
Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant administered or traded psychotropic drugs, five times as follows:
1. Points for the purchase of merptopists;
A. On July 10, 2013, the Defendant purchased KRW 300,00,00 for a disposable injection machine with a volume of KRW 0.3g (0%) from E, which is stopped on the front road of the D Bank located near Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
B. On July 10, 2013, the Defendant purchased at KRW 400,00 a disposable injection machine, which contains a volume of 0.5g flive from E, in front of a mutually unclaimed restaurant located near Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and in KRW 400,00,000.
2. The point of administration of Melapiles;
A. On July 10, 2013, around 10:00, the Defendant administered the 0.15g g price among the Metepis purchased, as described in paragraph (a) at the number room of the mutually French in the vicinity of the above C, by hanging it to the coffee.
B. On July 10, 2013, around 10:00, the Defendant administered a dose of 0.15g g price remaining after medication, as described in paragraph 2(a), to a coffee.
C. On July 10, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant administered the 0.15g price among the mert flacs purchased, as described in paragraph 1-b, at the number room of the mutually influent telecom in the vicinity of the above C, by burning it to the coffee.
