The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. Around August 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault booming the victim’s flaps on the front side of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (38 tax) by hand on the ground that the victim D (38 tax) recklessly laid away this garbage.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. On July 6, 2017, after the prosecution of this case, the victim D did not want to be punished against the defendant.
