Punishment of the crime
On April 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court for one year and six months, and terminated the term of imprisonment at the Ansan Prison on February 7, 2017, and is not a narcotics handler.
[2017 Highest 2393, hereinafter “2393”)
1. The Defendant issued and received a penphone from D in a way that each one of the one-time injection equipment described in approximately 0.07 g of approximately 0.07 g, a single clopon (hereinafter “philopon”) on April 19, 2017, to D on two occasions at around 00:41 and around 02:04 on the same day, on April 19, 2017, in a way that the Defendant received one clopon from D without compensation.
2. On April 21, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.07g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at around 16:00 dwelling areas (Seoul-gun apartment Gro-gun, Busan-gun, 402 Dong 1405), dilution with water, and in the way of injecting them into arms.
4. On April 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) provided two plastic bags containing approximately 1.21g and approximately 0.36g plasticphones from furher 707 heading rooms at Furher 707 on April 24, 2017; (b) provided two plastic bags with the Defendant’s petrophones H.
5. On April 24, 2017, the Defendant, holding phiphones, holding a phiphone in a manner that contains approximately 0.07g phiphones in a state of dilution 707g of phiphones, by inserting one phiphones into a philopped part, and keeping phiphones.
[2] On March 14, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine from the stairs of an emergency exit around 18:00 on March 14, 2017, and dilution with water, and then administering philophones in a way of injecting them into the arms bloodline.
[2017 Highest 3927, hereinafter “3927”) notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, around April 24, 2017, at around 05:00 on April 24, 2017, the Defendant provided K with approximately 0.4g of philopon free of charge at the heading office of 608 located in the Busan Metropolitan Government captain-gun.
