A. On November 16, 2007, the foreign exchange bank extended a loan of KRW 35 million to the Defendant.

B. On November 23, 2010, the foreign exchange bank transferred the above loans to the Plaintiff and notified the Defendant of the fact of transfer on or around December 10, 2010.

C. At the time of June 26, 2014, the principal and interest of the loan amount of KRW 48,242,462 (the principal amount of KRW 25,973,919) is the principal and interest of the loan amount of KRW 19% per annum.

2. According to the judgment and the facts established as above, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remaining principal and interest of KRW 48,242,462 as of June 26, 201 and the principal amount of KRW 25,973,919 as of KRW 27, 2014.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
