2. The defendant is either 62,852,142 won and the above money to the intervenor succeeding to the plaintiff.
1. On January 21, 2016, while the Plaintiff’s judgment on the Plaintiff’s claim was pending in the instant lawsuit, transferred the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff’s claim is without merit.
2. Determination as to the plaintiff's successor's claim
A. As indicated in the claim, the Intervenor’s successor received the claim against the Defendant from the Plaintiff (as indicated in the ground for the claim, except for the amount of claim transfer - principal amount of KRW 23,924,00, interest of KRW 43,128,090, total of KRW 67,052,090).
(However, ‘creditor' is ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' is ‘Defendant').
