Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
6,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, is not a person handling narcotics, is prohibited from dealing with clocks (one philopopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).
1. The Defendant, upon receiving a written request from C to seek a written phone from C, was willing to receive and deliver a written phone by receiving a written phone from D on behalf of C.
around 22:50 on May 13, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 3 million in cash from C at the Defendant’s office located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.
After that, the Defendant paid the above 3 million won to D from the outer alleyway located in 100,000,000 won on the same day at 23:30,000, and received 10,000 g of opon, and on May 14, 2017, the Defendant received opon fopon fopon fopon fopon fopon fopon from the International Telecom near the new wall H located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
2. The Defendant: (a) received a request from C to request C to seek a phiphone from another; (b) had C prepare a KRW 3 million of the purchase price of the phiphone; and (c) had C sell a phiphone in contact with D by directly communicating C; and (d) had C sell a phiphone to arrange the purchase and sale of phiphones.
around 20:40 on May 29, 2017, the Defendant called D at the Defendant’s office located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, to have D use a phiphone with the said office.
The Defendant provided D with KRW 3 million in cash prepared in advance at the same day, and arranged for the purchase and sale of phiphones between C and D by allowing C to pay KRW 10,000 in cash, namely, having C take approximately 10 g of phiphones from the tin.
3. Medication of phiphones.
A. At around 02:00 on May 14, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones on one occasion, using a philophone, which is received from D, as described in paragraph (1), in the Defendant’s office located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to put the philophones on a coffee.
B. On May 14, 2017, at around 24:00, the Defendant is a penphone received from D, as described in paragraph 1, at the office of the above Defendant.
