1. The defendant has received KRW 130,000,00 from the plaintiff and the delivery of KRW 130,000 to the plaintiff of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 202.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act: Provided, That with respect to future delay damages, 15% delay damages per annum shall not apply pursuant to the proviso to Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings)
