1. The defendant shall pay 35,518,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 5, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. A claim indicating the Plaintiff: (a) around June 2017, the Plaintiff received a payment of KRW 35,518,000 for the construction cost of the DNA Works from the Defendant during the East Sea; and (b) the Plaintiff filed a claim for the construction cost following the completion of his/her early December 2017 (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
