1. On February 22, 2019, as to Nos. 2, 2019, among the 1st floor of the building listed in attached Table 1 No. 2, attached Table 1, attached hereto between Defendant B and G.

Reasons

1. The amount calculated by the ratio of 25% per annum to KRW 25% per annum from July 6, 2018 to the date of full payment, to KRW 29,122,215, whichever is the case number of KRW 2018,55,565, and KRW 52,275,560 from July 6, 2018, to the date of full payment, for KRW 29,122,215 from the case of the Daejeon District Court: < Amended by Act No. 2017, Nov. 11, 2018>

A. The Plaintiff holds two claims against G based on the two payment orders.

B. On November 8, 2016, G issued a promissory note with K, G, the payee E, Defendant E, face value 40,000,000, the place of issue, and the Gunpo-si of the place of payment, and the date of issuance on November 8, 2006 (hereinafter “instant Promissory Notes”). On the same day, G prepared a fair deed to accept compulsory execution when the payment of the Promissory Notes is delayed (No. 1078, a notary public of the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office affiliated with the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office).

1 With respect to each real estate recorded in the record, the decision to commence compulsory auction of real estate at the beginning of the beginning of the year 2019, and the decision to commence voluntary auction of real estate at the request of the M&D association around November 2019 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the auction of this case”). On February 22, 2019, Defendant B entered into a lease contract with G on the deposit amount of KRW 25,00,000 as to the attached Form 2 H among the first floor of the building listed in Appendix 1 No. 2 attached hereto (hereinafter “the lease contract in this case”), and was granted the date of confirmation along with the move-in report on the same day. On April 4, 2019, Defendant B reported the right of lease and demanded a distribution to the auction court of this case.

The grounds for distributing dividends among creditors are as follows: (a) Plaintiff 8’s right of provisional attachment (19k only 843); (b) Plaintiff 37,813,8129,44,069, Defendant B1’s lessee of small amount of 12,000,000 13,000,000 13,000,000 13,000,000,000 13,000,000 13,000,000 13,000,000 14,50,000,621,0084 August 8, 1984 (the 19k 2482)
