The Defendant is a person who, around May 18, 2018, leased the third floor of the building B owned by the Defendant from the Government of the Republic of Korea to the Government of the Republic of Korea, KRW 30 million, monthly rent of KRW 2.4 million, and KRW 2.4 million with the name of “D” from the third floor after renting the third floor of the building B owned by the Defendant.

On November 2019, when the account under the name of the Defendant was seized due to bad credit standing, the Defendant forged the lease contract under the name of B in order to change the name of business registration to E, which is the name of business registration, and used it to change the name of business registration, and prepared a stop in which the name of B was inscribed at the nearby text points.

Around November 2019, the Defendant forged private document: (a) indicated “D” restaurant; (b) in the form of a real estate lease agreement purchased from the Seodaemun-gu store in the form of official approval color, “F of Gyeonggi-do Government”; (c) “G” in the lessor’s resident registration number column; (d) “H” in the lessor’s name column; (c) “B” in the lessor’s name column; (d) “I” in the agent address column; and (e) affixed “J” in the agent name column; and (e) affixed a seal to B’s name prepared in advance in the lessor’s seal column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of B, a private document on rights and obligations.

On December 2019, the Defendant presented a copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of forging B, as seen above, to E, who is aware of the forgery, and requested E to submit it to a public official in charge of the House of Government Tax, 2, 350 Do Government-si, 350 Do Government-si.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised one copy of a lease contract in the name of private document B, which is a private document on forged rights and obligations.
