1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Due to the enforcement of the former Farmland Reform Act (amended and promulgated by Act No. 31 of Jun. 21, 1949, and repealed by Act No. 4817 of Dec. 22, 1994, Article 2 subparag. 1 of the Addenda to the Farmland Act (Act No. 4817 of Dec. 22, 1994; hereinafter “former Farmland Reform Act”), farmland (non-self-owned farmland, etc.) except for state-owned farmland or those provided for in Article 6 of the same Act was purchased by the government pursuant to the above Act. B. C. The land was divided into C around September 25, 1962, and around October 12, 1971, and D was divided into the land listed in Schedule 1 and 2, and D around December 29, 1961 and the land listed in Schedule 3, 4, and 5.

Each land entered in the list has been completed in the name of the defendant around January 30, 1962, as shown in paragraph (1) of this Article.
E. On September 13, 1873, G, who was born at the F Masung, G, a permanent domicile, was residing in the “Masung,” and died on August 23, 1955 while residing in the “Seoul Seongbuk-gu I.” On August 17, 1955, G, a permanent domicile, the domicile of which was the “Seoul Seongbuk-gu I,” was reported.
