Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as stated in the part of the judgment of the first instance except that "No. 10, 1911.10, 191.10, 4, and 3 of the judgment of the first instance is "No. 44.10, 191, 191.10, 191.10, 191.20." Thus, it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The conclusion is that the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
