1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff as a party is a person operating the instant hospital on seven occasions from November 1, 2012 to March 4, 2014 at the D Hospital located in Busan-gu, Busan-do (hereinafter “instant hospital”), and the Defendant is a person operating the instant hospital.
B. On October 30, 2012, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the instant hospital in order to remove the astronomical ties used to fix parts of the said surgery, according to the medical doctor’s opinion that requires the surgery. On October 31, 2012, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the instant hospital on October 31, 2012, and received a mid-to-face corrective dysium, annual organization completion, and heavy sysium therapy on November 13, 2012. 2) After which, on December 12, 2012, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the instant hospital in order to remove the sysium used to eliminate parts of the said surgery, and was removed from the said hospital on December 13, 2012.

(2) On May 13, 2013, the Plaintiff received metal pin removal from the medical personnel of the instant hospital (hereinafter “the second operation”) in order to remove the steel lines used to fix the frame of the first operation.
