A. On July 3, 2014, the Plaintiff lent KRW 232,50,000 to the Defendant at interest rate of 24% per annum (payment on the third day of each month) and on September 12, 2014.

B. However, the Defendant paid only interest on the above loan until April 3, 2015.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 24% per annum from April 4, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the date of the last payment of interest, to the day of full payment.
