Punishment of the crime
On September 27, 2013, at around 23:38, the Defendant driven a road, which is a motorway where access and passage of the two-wheeled motor vehicles are prohibited, from the front side of the access road to the opposite sloping road to the intersection of the opposite sloping road, with a volume of 100 cc displacement B 124cc U.S. displacement from the front side of the access road to the opposite sloping road to the sloping road.
