1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 30 million won and 24% per annum from September 30, 2012 to August 15, 2013.

Reasons

As the Plaintiff did not receive a refund of KRW 30 million out of the amount loaned to Defendant B, the Plaintiff and the Defendants prepared a notarial deed of a monetary loan agreement for consumption of money with the end of each month (30% per annum of delay damages), the Plaintiff, the principal obligor B, and the Defendant C (the maximum guarantee amount of KRW 37,200,000,000,000) with the amount calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from September 20, 2015 as interest on August 20, 2015, and there is no dispute over the facts that the Defendants failed to perform their obligations.
