A. On August 30, 2013, the Plaintiff was awarded a subcontract for materials supply installation works necessary for installing soundproof walls among landscaping works at the Busan apartment site (excluding value-added tax) from the Defendant on August 30, 2013.

B. The Plaintiff completed the supply and installation of materials according to the above construction contract, but the Defendant did not pay 73.5 million won out of the above construction price.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the interest for the construction work accrued to the plaintiff KRW 73.5 million and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from June 28, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, as the plaintiff seeks.

3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all participating Justices.
