On July 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol in a public water surface room located on the second floor of Gangseo-si B and “C,” and (b) went back to the wall of the Defendant, while having many and unspecified users, including, but not limited to, reporting the urine to the wall; and (c) had them.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
