1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 8, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

On January 22, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on a deposit basis with the Defendant for KRW 40 million for lease on a deposit basis and KRW 40 million for lease on a deposit basis for lease on a deposit basis as of January 22, 2013, and received the said housing on the same day, and completed the move-in report on May 1, 2013.
Since then, the lease contract was implicitly renewed until January 22, 2017.
On December 20, 2017, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the refusal and termination of the contract, and the Defendant promised to return the deposit money by January 22, 2018, but has not yet returned.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 40 million won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment.
