【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a K5-car.

On December 10, 2019, the Defendant was under suspension of driving license at around 02:20 on December 10, 2019, but was under influence of 0.056% of blood alcohol level, and was driving the said car and driving the three-lane road in front of the “D” located in Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju along the two-lanes from the shooting distance in the park of 5.18 to the Ducheon basin.
