2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. The Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Promotion Committee for the Establishment of the B Housing Rebuilding Improvement Project Association (hereinafter “instant Promotion Committee”) is an association establishment promotion committee composed of the establishment of an association to implement the housing reconstruction improvement project (hereinafter “instant project”) on the scale of 144,454.9 square meters in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which was approved by the head of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda to the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) on September 1, 2003.

B. On December 17, 2011, the instant promotion committee: (a) to select a designer to be in charge of construction design services for the instant project; (b) to select a designer who has submitted excellent designs by means of general competitive bidding (general open competition) (hereinafter “instant bid”); and (c) to select a designer to be a designer (hereinafter “instant bid”).

2) On December 29, 201, the Plaintiffs agreed to jointly participate in the instant bidding by organizing a consortium (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff consortium”), and prepared to participate in the instant bidding, and participated in the site site conference held by the instant promotion committee on December 29, 201.

3) On March 18, 2012, the instant promotion committee held a general meeting of residents and selects Plaintiff consortium as the designer of the instant project (hereinafter “instant resolution”).

On March 19, 2012, the Seoul High Court notified the Plaintiff consortium of the selection of a designer. (c) On January 12, 2012, the Seoul High Court held a residents' general meeting in a lawsuit seeking confirmation of invalidity of the resolution of the residents' general meeting against the D Apartment Housing Reconstruction Promotion Committee by the owners of D Apartment in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul on January 12, 2012.
