A. Defendant B shall make a registry office of the Chuncheon District Court in Pyeongtaek Branch on 2000.

The Plaintiff is the owner of each real estate listed in the separate sheet. The Plaintiff asserts that the provisional registration of the right to claim ownership transfer listed in Paragraph (a) of Section 1 of the Disposition No. 1 as to each of the above real estate should be cancelled due to the expiration of the extinctive prescription period, and sought the implementation of the procedure for registration of cancellation against Defendant B, who is the person holding the provisional registration, and also sought the declaration of consent to the registration of cancellation against Defendant C&C

Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgement made without pleadings in accordance with the submission of a written reply or written reply to the purport of confession: Provided, That Article 99 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply to the burden of litigation
