No person shall capture, gather or cultivate marine animals and plants by means other than those of fisheries under the Act on Fisheries.

Nevertheless, the Defendant illegally captured mincing a mincing mincing mincing from the west coast to the west coast by using B, C, D, E, F, G, etc., and the Defendant agreed to sell and distribute the proceeds from sale to the mincing mincing service provider, and the Defendant was provided by the above H as the captain of the H, B, C, K, D, L, M, N, andO to the Ha’s crew members, and P is the captain of the J, Q, R, S, and T to the J as the crew of each of the above JJ, and to capture mincing in the vicinity of the land at the west coast, and if the Defendant et al. captured and transported the minc to the Defendant, etc., the Defendant would have been in charge of transporting the minc and selling the minc to the Defendant, and the Defendant would have been in charge of receiving and selling the minc in order after receiving the minc and selling the minc to the Defendant, respectively.

On February 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered and track 1ma (5.6t) in front of the Western coast near Bosa-si on the west-si; (b) discovered and traceed a minc 1ma (5.6t) in front of the west-si; (c) then killed a minck-ro with an excessive string of the minck-ro with a string by using the knife; and (d) captured a minc string-ro in a way that is well dismantled of approximately 60 cm in width and about 30 cm in length using the knife, from that time to February 25, 2014 by means of the same two times in total, as described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant captured marine animals and plants in collusion with B, C, K, D, L, F, and E in a way other than fishery under the Fisheries Act.
