2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. G: (a) as of October 20, 1989, the loan certificate stating that the amount of KRW 600 million shall be 2% of the interest rate (payment on October 20, 1989), the due date for repayment shall be October 20, 1991; (b) the loan certificate stating that the amount of KRW 300 million shall be 2% of the interest rate (payment on October 30, 1989), the due date for repayment shall be 30 million won shall be determined as of October 30, 199 as of October 30, 199; (c) the loan certificate stating that the amount of KRW 600 million shall be 30 million shall be 2% of the interest rate (payment on October 10, 1989); (d) the debtor shall be 15 billion interest rate of KRW 500 million shall be determined as of November 10, 1991, and each of the above loan certificate shall be accepted as to the amount of KRW 150.5 billion.

B. I died on September 8, 2007 and succeeded to I’s property of Defendant B, Defendant C, D, and E, the wife, respectively.

C. After July 21, 2014, the Defendants filed an application for the instant auction of real estate rent (hereinafter “instant auction”) with the Busan District CourtF, on July 22, 2014. The auction court opened an auction of real estate rent on the date of distribution (hereinafter “instant date of distribution”) on March 31, 2015 to distribute the actual amount of KRW 812,270,398 to Defendant A, who actually distributes the amount of KRW 406,137,608, and KRW 135,379,202 to Defendant C and D, respectively, and the amount of KRW 90,250,393 won to Defendant E, and KRW 90,252,802, and KRW 800 to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant distribution schedule”).

On March 31, 2015, the Plaintiff appeared as a creditor of provisional attachment on the date of the instant distribution, and raised an objection against each of the said dividend amounts against the Defendants, and filed the instant lawsuit on April 6, 2015.
