A. The status of the parties is a corporation established for the purpose of the health examination for early detection and treatment of diseases, and the Plaintiff (B students) is a person who undergoes a comprehensive health examination and brain RI examination at the Daegu-gu Center located in 611, Daegu-gu, the Defendant’s branch office (hereinafter “Defendant examination institution”).

B. The Plaintiff visited the Defendant’s examination institution to conduct a comprehensive health examination on March 15, 2014, and on May 3, 2014, the brain RI inspection (hereinafter “the brain RI inspection”).
