The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around November 12, 2020, around 15:44, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (the victim C, 49 years old), breathing the ebbbbbbage, proneing the ebbage, drinking the chest, fating the ebbage, taking the face of the chest on one occasion at the market in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
2. The offense of assault cannot be prosecuted against the clearly expressed will of the victim. Since the victim explicitly stated that he does not want to punish the defendant to this court after the prosecution of this case, it is so decided as per Disposition under Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
