Punishment of the crime
On September 8, 2016, at around 01:34, the Defendant driven a two-way motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 4km from the 4km section to the road before the “SK Oil Station” located in the city of Sinsi, Ansan-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the road before the “SK KK Oil Station” located in the city of Sinsi. In addition, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.104%.
