1. The Defendant and F, together with F, posted a false letter on the GH bulletin board, which is a medium-sized product trading site, and entices victims as if they sold articles. The Defendant informed the account number necessary for the above crime and conspired with the victims to divide the amount of money if the price of articles is deposited from the victims.

Accordingly, the Defendant informed F of the Defendant’s I Bank Account (J) to F, and F made a false statement to F that “ID “K” 100,000 won for KRW 890,000 for KRW 100,000 for KRW 100,000 for KRW 100,00 for KRW 10,00 for KRW 10,00 for KRW 10,00 for KRW 10,00 for KRW 10,00 for KRW 10,00 for KRW 8,00 for KRW 8,00 for KRW 8,00 for KRW 8,00 for KRW 10 for KRW 10 for New World Gift.”

However, there was no intention or ability to send the merchandise coupon even if the money is paid from the injured party because it did not have a merchandise coupon in the new world.

The Defendant, as mentioned above, by deceiving F with the victim, received KRW 89:27,00 from the victim, around December 8, 2017, to the said I bank account in the F’s name, and by deceiving the victims in a total of three times from that time to December 15, 2017, as shown in attached Table 1, and received a total of KRW 2670,00 from the victims, from that time.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with F, received property by deceiving victims.

2. On November 30, 2017, the Defendant solely committed the Defendant’s fraud, posted a letter on the Internet M bulletin board stating that “The Defendant sells the Gu’s senekykes on the Internet bulletin board” and sent the value of the goods to the victim N who contacted with the notice, the Defendant sent the above goods to the victim N.
