2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On April 7, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into the instant insurance contract with the Defendant, the Plaintiff, and the insured period from April 7, 2015 to April 7, 2035 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). Of the subscription security of the instant insurance contract, the traffic accident settlement subsidies (private, loss) out of the instant insurance contract provides that, if the insured dies of a third party due to an accident during driving, the Defendant shall be paid the traffic accident settlement subsidies up to KRW 30 million within the limit of the insurance amount actually paid. 3) In the event that the insured was negligent in driving a motor vehicle while driving the central line while driving the motor vehicle, the front part of the motor vehicle driving the motor vehicle in the opposite direction was caused by the accident.
