However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B in high-priced car driving.

On May 29, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.247% during blood, driven the said low-speed car with a alcohol content of 0.247%, and continued two-lanes between the four-lanes of the west-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, along with a 354-day new road in front of the 354-day deep-speed, from the remote distance room of the ice market.

In such cases, the defendant engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and there was a duty of care to accurately operate the steering direction and brake system of the motor vehicle and to safely drive the motor vehicle by reporting it well and safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in the course of performing duties due to negligence in which he was unable to drive under the influence of alcohol and did not properly operate the steering direction and operation system, and the Defendant shocked the back portion of the D A6 car driven by the Defendant in the same direction as that of the said car (33 years) into the front portion of the said car, which was driven by the victim C (33 years). The Defendant shocked into the front portion of the said car, due to which the said car was driven by the victim E (34 years) while driving the said car in the direction of one lane, caused the fM6 car driven by the victim E (34 years) to be pushed down again in the direction of two-lane, and brought the 2-lane back end end portion of the said car driven by the victim G (34 years) while driving the said car into the victim’s waiting signal in the direction of the above 600-day passenger vehicle. The said 7-day passenger vehicle was tightly parked into the victim’s waiting.
